Membership Agreement

1. Parties and Scope

This agreement is concluded between LBSOFT BİLİŞİM VE YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİLERİ LTD. ŞTİ. (LBsoft) and the person or organisation registering on lbsoftist.com ("Member") when the registration form is submitted, and governs use of the account.

2. Membership

• The Member confirms that the information provided is accurate, complete and current. Individual members must be at least 18 years old.
• For corporate accounts, the person opening the account declares being authorised to represent the organisation.
• The Member is responsible for keeping the username and password confidential and must report any unauthorised use immediately.

3. Acceptable Use

• The account and licenses may not be used for unlawful purposes or transferred to third parties.
• Actions that threaten system security, create excessive load or seek unauthorised access are prohibited.
• All intellectual property rights in the site's content, software, trademarks and designs belong to the Seller.

4. Changes and Suspension

The Seller may change the scope of the service. The account and licenses may be suspended for breach, payment disputes or security risks; the Member is informed of the reason.

5. Termination

The Member may close the account by writing to info@lbsoftist.com. Data is then deleted except for records subject to legal retention obligations, and any running licenses end.

6. Notices

Notices are sent to the registered email address and deemed received on the date sent. Order, license and security notices are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

7. Changes to This Agreement

The Seller may update this agreement; material changes are announced by email before they take effect. Continued use of the account after a change means acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Consumers' statutory rights to apply to consumer bodies are reserved; for other disputes the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction.

Language

This English text is provided for information. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
