Products and Services

A license to use LBsoft software (LBManage, LbsoftECalc, LBAssign, LBFund, CosmoSENSE, LBStorage, OncoEASE, DiagnoSENSE, TreatMIND, LBFire and others) for the selected edition (Light, Pro, Enterprise) and term (monthly, annual or lifetime).

The product, edition, term, price excluding and including VAT, and the Turkish lira amount to be charged are shown in the order summary on the checkout page and repeated in the order confirmation email.

Price, Taxes and Payment

• List prices are in US dollars (USD) excluding VAT; 20% VAT is shown separately in the order summary.
• Payments are collected in Turkish lira. The USD price is converted at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye forex selling rate at the time of payment; the rate and lira amount are shown before you pay.
• Payment is made by credit or debit card on the secure page of a licensed payment institution or bank. Card details are never seen or stored by the Seller.
• Corporate customers may pay by bank transfer by written agreement with our sales team.

Delivery

Products are delivered electronically; nothing is shipped. Once payment is confirmed, the license key and/or subscription is activated in your account immediately and sent by email. There is no delivery charge.

Term and Renewal

• Monthly and annual subscriptions run for the purchased term and do not renew automatically; you receive an email reminder before the term ends.
• Renewing before the end of a term adds the new term to the remaining one.
• A lifetime license grants perpetual use; the included period of updates and cloud hosting is as stated on the pricing page.

Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.

When ordering, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content within the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

If a license cannot be activated for technical reasons or the service cannot be provided at all, the amount paid is refunded (see the Refund and Cancellation Policy).

Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court at their place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
