Refund and Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Licenses and subscriptions are digital products delivered immediately upon payment. Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal once you have consented to immediate delivery.

When We Refund

Send refund requests with your order number to info@lbsoftist.com; they are concluded within 14 days at the latest.

• Duplicate payment for the same order,
• The license cannot be activated for a technical reason on our side and the issue is not resolved within 7 days of being reported,
• The product lacks the main characteristics stated in the order summary.

How Refunds Are Made

Approved refunds are made to the card or account used for payment, for the Turkish lira amount charged. The time for the amount to appear depends on your bank. The license and subscription of a refunded order are cancelled.

End of Subscription

• Subscriptions do not renew automatically and your card is never charged without your action. If you do not want to renew, you need not do anything; the subscription ends at the end of the paid term.
• When you switch to another edition, the new one starts immediately and the previous subscription remains usable until the end of its paid term.
• No partial refunds are made for unused time.

Corporate Purchases

For corporate purchases, refund terms set out in the sales quote or corporate agreement take precedence.
